Applicant Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. citizen

• Must be graduating from a Fullerton of FJUHSD high school ; or resident of Fullerton

• Grade point Average : 3.0 or higher (unweighted)

• High school academic transcript 

• ACT (22 or higher) or SAT (1110 or higher) test score(s)

• Two references ( see requirements below)

• Submit a typewritten 1 1/2 to 2 page, double-spaced essay on:

• The importance of  Conservative  Advocacy for todays youth and for our future.
